Fluorite powder

萤石粉又称氟石粉,主要成分是氟化钙(CaF2)。

Fluorite powder is also called fluorspar powder, of which the main composition is calcium fluoride (CaF2).

用途:1冶金工业:萤石粉体中含有卤族元素氟,具有能降低难熔物质的熔点,促进炉渣流动,使渣和金属很好分离,在冶炼过程中脱硫、脱磷,增强金属的可煅性和抗张强度等特点。

Purposes: 1. In metallurgical industry: In the fluorite powder body, there contains the halogen element fluorine, which is characterized by reducing the melting point of hard-to-melt substances, promoting slag flowing, having slag separate from metal satisfactorily, removing sulfur and phosphorus in smelting process, enhancing the calcinability and tensile strength of metals, etc.

2化学工业:氢氟酸是通过酸级萤石(氟石精矿)同硫酸在加热炉或罐中反应而产生出来的,分无水氢氟酸和有水氢氟酸,它们都是一种无色液体,易挥发,有强烈的刺激气味和强烈的腐蚀性。它是生产各种有机和无机氟化物和氟元素的关键原料。 

2. Chemical industry: Hydrofluoric acid is produced by the reaction of acid grade fluorite (fluorite concentrate) and sulfuric acid in a heating furnace or tank, which is classified into anhydrous hydrofluoric acid and hydrofluoric acid with water, both of which are colorless liquid, volatile and strongly corrosive, with a strong smell. It is a key raw material for the production of various organic and inorganic fluorides and fluorine element.

3在水泥生产中,作为矿化剂加入。它能降低炉料的烧结温度,减少燃料消耗,同时还能增强烧结时熟料液相粘度,促进硅酸三钙的形成。 

3. In cement production, it is added as a mineralizing agent. It can reduce the sintering temperature of the charge, reduce the fuel consumption, increase the liquid phase viscosity of the clinker during sintering, and promote the formation of tricalcium silicate.
