Magnesium hydroxide flame retardant masterbatch for heat shrinkable materials
This product has magnesium series fire retardant as the main raw material, in which surface modifier is added and which is subject to refined compound coupling treatment in continuous activation and modification equipment. Then a small amount of assistants, such as ethylene-vinylacetate copolymer (EVA), macromolecular compatilizer, etc., are added for manufacturing through sufficient mixing, plastifying, extrusion and pelletization.
In comparison with the traditional powdery magnesium hydroxide product, this fire-retarding parent material is easy to disperse, blend with no powdery dust, good plastification, low energy consumption, high output, being a green and eco-friendly product.
