Having such characteristics as fire-retardation filling, smoke suppression, insulation, high-temperature resistance and good heat dissipation, this product can be widely applied in the laminated insulation products of FR-4 and other models.

1、粒度细、粒度分布窄、白度高、高耐热、理化性能优良，不影响制品性能及使用寿命；

1. Fine particle size, narrow particle size distribution, high whiteness, high thermal resistance, good physical and chemical properties, no influence on product performance and service life;
2、在树脂体系中分散性好，电气绝缘性能高，不出现分层现象，对力学性能影响小，能提高基板阻燃性和耐热性；

2. Good dispersity in a resin system, high electric insulativity, no lamination, a small influence on mechanical properties, being able to raise the fire resistance and thermal resistance of the substrate; 
3、硬度低，对设备摩擦损耗小，利于钻孔后加工，与氢氧化铝相比具有更高性价比。

3. Low hardness, small friction loss for equipment, being advantageous to machining after drilling with a higher cost performance in comparison with aluminum hydroxide.
