我公司经多年与科研院所合作,现研发生产的不饱和聚酯专用镁系阻燃剂,已解决了镁系阻燃剂在不饱和聚酯产品应用时出现的增稠问题,这也弥补了国内外技术的空白;可实现不饱和聚酯产品高填充的目的且不影响产品其他性能。该产品符合欧盟ROHS环保指令要求,具有低烟、无卤、阻燃、产品固化后收缩小等特点。可在电器开关、断路器、灯罩领域广泛使用。
Through years of cooperation with scientific research institutes, our company has now developed and produced the special fire retardant of magnesium series for unsaturated polyesters to solve the thickening problem in applying the fire retardant of magnesium series in unsaturated polyester products, and this has also bridged a technical gap domestically and abroad, being able to realize the purpose of high filling in unsaturated polyester products while not influencing other properties of the products. That product conforms to EU’s ROHS environmental protection directive, and is characterized by low smoke, freedom from halogen, fire retardation, small contraction after product curing, etc. It can be widely used in the fields of electric switch, circuit breaker, lamp shade, etc.

Product features and advantages
1. Liaoning is unique for its brucite resources, which can fully supersede the traditional aluminum hydroxide used in unsaturated polyester products to reduce the cost.
2. The product has such three major functions as fire retardation, smoke elimination and filling; adding the product in making various HV or LV electric switches from unsaturated polyester can make the products retard fire, eliminate smoke and resist electric arc.
3. The product has a good carbon-forming property and produces a kind of high fire-resistance material after decomposing under heat, which has a good fire-retarding effect.
4. The product has a good heat-conducting property and the decomposing energy is high, which is conducive to absorbing the combustion heat and heightening the fire-retarding efficiency.
5. Subject to a special surface treatment with good compatibility with resin interface, it can improve the reduction of composite materials in the mechanical properties due to high filling, and it is conducive to dispersion under a shear action, reduction of the viscosity of resin blends and optimization of the processability.
6. As the ability of neutralization with acid is strong, it can rapidly neutralize the acidic gas produced in plastic combustion.
7. The decomposing temperature of the product is 340°C, 100°C higher than that of aluminum hydroxide; this is conducive to the heightening of plastic processing temperature, plastic extrusion speed and molding time shortening.
